Established Dry Bulk shipping company which traces its origins back to 1973.
The Company has adopted a long-term strategy of prudent operation, always maintaining a strong liquidity position to weather market downturns and act swiftly on potential S&P opportunities.

The Company’s strategy is to purchase vessels at low prices, operate and sell them at higher values as it can be seen,
on an indicative basis, on the attached Appendix (Capital gains from S&P activity)
